Grand Anse
Visiting Grenada brought me back to when I lived on the islands as a child. The vibe of tranquility is reminiscent of Aruba a couple of decades ago when life was simple and anything but hectic.
The fact that the roads are narrower and windier made my heart go pitter patter, as it meant there was no real speeding and serenity could reign.
Don't get me wrong, there is some hustle and bustle during their rush hours, and St. Georges has open markets for the islanders and tourist alike to visit.
The raw landscape and barely touched inland are picturesque and the people are cordial. Their flora and fauna are spectacular and let's not forget their chocolate factory and distillery.

The rawness of the changes of scenery on the island is stunning. In the same inlet you will find the rocky coast and the powdery sandy beaches meet each other in perfect harmony with the sea.
